She picked her October birthday nicely. Not only was it
a beautiful morning,
Heather's birthday is the 4th, Grace's is the 20th, Linda's
is the 24th, and 4 + 20 = 24.
Her first (online) photo at one hour old is
a profile in the buff,
but 30 minutes later we have a
more discrete shot.
Grace's tired father looks
on her lovingly,
with the approval of two very proud grandmothers.
(They inspired Grace's middle name: Carol + Linda = Caroline.)
Grace's big
brother had mixed feelings about sharing the attention,
but felt better when surrounded
by four women:
Heather's sister Sarah, Heahther's Mom, Heather, and
Grace.
As we left, the parents spent their first quite time together.
